From time to time, some of my nightly dreams follow me into daylight. Their intensity or vividness is hard to escape. I keep a dream journal of the most interesting ones. This particular dream was a rather baroque one, with a very Lynchian atmosphere and many colours and symbols. The central symbol, a snake, elicited a strong fear but also curiosity. I decided to tell this dream in an attempt to understand the deeper meanings of it and the feelings that it brought to the surface.
